Q: Is there a charge for using the Email Reminders Service?
A: No, our service is completely FREE to use.

Q: What do I do if I can't remember my password?
A: Just use the "Forgot Your Password" link on all log in pages to have your password emailed to you.

Q: I am not sure what email address I used to create my account. What do I do?
A: We will not be able to help you recover the email address of the account. In this case, you should look and see if you have an old reminder email so that you can determine the email address that was used. If you are no longer receiving reminder emails, another option would be to just create a new account.

Q: I can't log in with the user name and password I set up.
A: Make sure you are not using the log in information for your store account. The log in for email reminders requires that you establish a separate account. You do not have to use the same login information for your email reminders account that you used to create your store account. For security reasons, the login information for the two accounts is totally separate.
