It is 102 degrees outside today - 85 inside, my lennox heat pump does not blow any air at all. i have read on this forum to reset the unit ... where is that button? I do not know what model it is - i just moved in jan - HELP!
Some units have a manual re-set high pressure switch that will shut the unit off if the unit experiences abnormally high operating pressures. Other units have to be re-set by interrupting the control power to the unit and then turning it back on. In either case, there is probably some reason why the unit is locking out that needs to be addressed.
Of course, the fact that your unit is not operating could be caused by a totally different situation other than a lock out.
