CozyParts.com has added new web based HVAC calculators that will be handy for many technicians. We currently have a calculator to determine a furnace’s input by clocking the gas meter and a traverse matrix air flow calculator that allows technicians to enter their traverse matrix readings into a form and calculate the air flow.
CozyParts.com, Inc. has updated their Customer Forum located at http://www.cozyparts.com/lennox-parts/forum . The new update will allow for faster searches of the forum database while accommodating more users.
Lennox has re-packaged the 53L90 ignition control update kit with a newer Honeywell ignition control. The new catalog number is 30W33. The kit still includes a new flame sensor, flame sensor lead, heat shield and other hardware.
The Lennox 17L9601 has been replaced with a new part number. The new number is 17W8201. The 17W8201 is an integrated ignition control and fan control with built in monitoring of the furnace safety controls. The 17L8201 is provided with a new high voltage spark wire.
Cozy has added a new ignition control to replace several older ignition controls used accross the Lennox furnace product line. The new part number 19W9401 will replace these older Lennox part/catalog numbers:
65K07, 65K0701, 19W94, 19W9401 33J62, 33J6201, LB-84495A.

The XC16 achieves a SEER rating of up to 16.50. The XP16 achieves a SEER rating of up to 17.00 and an HSPF rating of up to 8.7. Both products qualify as Energy Star® products.

The Lennox part number 69M6401 capacitor has been changed to 89N8001. The 89N80 is an oval dual capacitor 40+5 MFD with a maximum working voltage of 440 VAC. Many times, this capacitor is specified for replacement even when the original capacitor has a working voltage of 330 VAC. Increasing the maximum working voltage will increase product reliability, but will have no effect on the normal operation of your Lennox air conditioning system.
Even though the Lennox BCC blower control circuit board has been around a long time, it still remains a popular product at Cozy. Over the years, Lennox has continually improved the reliability of the BCC board. The BCC board is now in it’s third generation. CozyParts.com’s catalog number for the BCC board is 48K98. The 48K98 will replace older part numbers such as 65K29, 65K2901, LB-90089A ,48K98, 48K9801, 45K48, 45K4801, LB-89859, 78J61, 78J6001, LB-65126A BCC, BCC2 and BCC3.
