Shipping Policy

 

We are committed to processing every order received by 2PM central time by the end of that business day. Here is what that means:

  • If an item is shipping from our own local warehouse, it will be transmitted to the shipper before the end of that business day.
     
  • If an item is shipping from a drop ship location, it means that we will transmit that order to the vendor before the end of the business day. This does not mean that the order will necessarily ship that same day. All of our vendors have made a commitment to us to ship items within one business day. In some cases, an order received by us that is shipping from a drop ship location will not ship until the next business day, even if we receive the order by 2pm central time. During particularly harsh weather, or at the beginning of the heating and cooling season, there is a sharp rise in the amount of orders we are asked to process. During these particularly busy times, we process Next Day and 2 Day shipments first, Ground shipments may be delayed by as much as three business days.
     
  • We will not be responsible for weather delays in handling your shipment. Example: some warehouse facilities have to shut down during inclimate weather because the shipping services are also shut down. We cannot be responsible for these kinds of delays.
     
  • Delays that occur after the shipment is transmitted to the shipper are covered by the shippers standard delivery guarantee, if applicable.
     
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to US destinations at this time.
