- Free shipping offer is for orders completed online only. Free shipping is
available to the lower 48 states only.

- Individual items that ship at 30 LB rate or more do not qualify for free
shipping. Some oversize items will ship at the 30LB rate even though they

- We reserve the right to use the shipper of our choice for items that
qualify for free ground shipping.
- Items that can only be shipped by freight do not qualify for free
shipment. This is usually very large or heavy items such as compressors or
heat exchangers.
- There is no guaranteed delivery time offered or implied when our free
shipping service is used. However, items that qualify for our free shipping
service will be processed in the same timely manner as all other shipment methods.

- We offer Next Day and Second Day Air Shipments at an additional charge for our
customers that need expedited shipping.
